Vitality and Belonging are the foundation of my work. As the owner of vigor + vim, I see a diverse range of clients looking for pain-relief, relaxation, movement therapy and coaching on well-being. I believe that health is a collective effort of body, mind and spirit; all are important to feeling vibrantly alive.
My classes and offerings are centered around discovery. I believe that movement is both purposeful and functional, and our practices reflect our purpose. Bodies are for us to enjoy our surroundings, caretake for others, and experience life. Bodies like options over demands.
My work also includes equitable care and access for unique populations, with a focus on LGBTQI+ , dancers, artists, and marginalized people. Care and support is a human right, and all of my offerings support the financial, physical, and social empowerment of these communities.

My joys include care-taking, contact improvisation dance, traveling, nutrition, social justice, movement as therapy, activism, and experiential anatomy.
